Terms and Conditions for BRICKNELSLEY TECH LLP

1. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment: Registration can be done online or in person

Payment: Full payment for the course is due before the start date.

Installment Plans: Installment plans may be available for certain courses.

Cancellation by Student: Cancellations made 5 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 days will receive a 70% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the course begins.

Cancellation by Training Center: The training center reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to registered students.

2. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance: Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled students. Excessive absences may affect your ability to complete the course and could lead to dismissal.

Participation: Active participation in class discussions and activities is encouraged.

Course Materials: Course materials, including handouts, assignments, and online resources, are for the exclusive use of registered students. Sharing or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

Respectful Environment: We maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. Disruptive or offensive behavior towards instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated.

Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.

Damages: Students are responsible for any damage caused to the training center's property.

4. Disclaimer

The training center makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the course content and materials. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome or success of any individual student. Employment opportunities are not guaranteed upon course completion.

5. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The training center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify enrolled students of any changes.
